| Quality Assurance | |
The objective of our quality assurance system is to prevent defects rather than to detect defects. Therefore, we put special emphasis in the raw material inspection and the in-line inspection. Our major procedures are outlined as follows: |

| 1. Raw Materials Inspection | |
Fabric : 4 point system, random inspection on 10% of each lot received. Other materials : Random check on 5% against the order specifications |

| 2. Pre-production Meeting | |
The production manager, merchandisers and Q.C. will meet before production to discuss the details of the orders and specify areas to be followed by the in-line checkers, line supervisors and Q.C. team.. |

| 3. In-line Inspection | |
Our in-line Q.C. team daily inspects the semi-finished goods : - to make sure all the sewing machines are adjusted properly for the order. - to ensure the stitching and different components of the garment are done correctly to meet the buyer's requirements. |

| 4. Full Garment Checking | |
| Every garment is completely checked before packing. |  |
| 5. Final Inspection | |
To be done before shipment on every order by independent Q.C. to ensure the quality meets the requirement of AQL 2.5 and accuracy check of AQL 0.65. |
